Research technical accounting topics and prepare memos documenting conclusions of accounting treatment. Stay informed of the latest rules, regulations and reporting requirements of SEC and FASB.
Analyze the accounting impact of new pronouncements and assist to implement the accounting new pronouncements.
Manage the accounting for stock-based compensation (ASC 718), treasury accounting (ASC 815), revenue recognition (ASC 606) and other areas.
Interact with external auditors with respect to deliverables and accounting treatment conclusions.
Active role in updating/implementing accounting policies and procedures to meet SEC regulations and SOX control requirements.
Assist controller in S-1 filing preparation. Actively participant in IPO preparation.
Manage SEC filing quarterly earnings release. Prepare footnotes disclosure for Financial Statement Audit
Ensure ongoing compliance for financial reporting. Lead strategic initiatives from a reporting perspective.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Active CPA license required
7 years of working experiences, with 4 years of SEC reporting experiences with a public company or major accounting firm experiences preferred.
S1 filing experience a huge plus
