Payroll Administrator (Contract to Hire)

Responsibilities 

Responsible for processing multi-state, semi-monthly payroll – Maintain vacation and sick leave accruals. – Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile payroll G/L accounts. – Process payment of other compensation such as car allowance, relocation, and education reimbursement. – Interface with all levels of employees, management and payroll vendors. – Prepare manual checks – Maintain Payroll files and other duties required

Must Haves 

Must have at least 5 years of payroll processing experience with multi-state environment. Must be familiar with different payroll rules and regulations Must be detail oriented and high emphasis on accuracy.

Strong experience in SAP ERP (CO-PA modules), Excel, PowerPoint Excellent computer spreadsheet and data analysis skills Strong work ethic with ability to work flexible hours as needed Position located in San Jose California The job description outlined above reflects general details as necessary to describe the primary functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, but should not be construed as an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
