At no charge we provide the following services to candidates which enables them to focus solely on a successful job interview and placement. Our philosophy is that our candidates will become our clients and our clients eventually become our candidates.
We will work with our candidates to make sure that their resume is an accurate and clear representation of their work history, education and any other relevant information to make an instant and lasting impression.
We meet with each candidate that we send out on an interview. During this process we will coach our candidates on interviewing techniques, pre-interview research, company culture and post interview follow-up.
We will work with our candidates to identify market trends, where the openings are, and do research on companies that they are interested in as we typically have a direct line in to a hiring manager.
Often the most uncomfortable and difficult part of the job search, we will work with candidates to manage the salary expectations, help to keep them apprised of their market value and ensure that if an offer is received they are getting the optimal offer. We act on behalf of the candidate as a personal advocate.
